Named for the curvature on the side of a ski or snowboard, Sidecut declares its spectacular alpine location with glorious views of the local mountains and a brilliant, fire-lit setting. A sleek wood interior, colourful earth tones and an open fire provide a cozy setting for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Summertime allows wonderful outdoor dining on the spacious heated patio, and on long summer evenings, an outdoor fireplace provides an inviting ambience. Winter creates a romantic setting, with s'mores by the fire pit after a cozy dinner.

Specialties:
An updated version of the classic steakhouse, Sidecut serves Canadian prime steaks – aged 40 days and cooked to perfection on a 1,800-degree infrared grill, fresh local seafood and regional specialties, such as BC Fallow Venison Loin and Bone-in Braised Bison Short Ribs. Entrées are served with a choice of six rubs and presented with a plate of six signature sauces for even more flavourful variety. The restaurant's extensive wine list features more than 200 bottles and 30 wines by the glass, highlighting a wide variety of labels, from international classics to boutique British Columbia wines.

Sidecut is also open for breakfast and lunch daily, providing guests with their choice of a healthy morning buffet and several à la carte breakfast and lunch favourites..
